WhatsApp order confirmation
After a Cash on Delivery order is recorded, the confirmation page provides an Order via WhatsApp button. The message includes the order number, products, quantities, prices, delivery cost, total and delivery address.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery may be restricted by location, product, order value or customer verification. Payment is recorded when the order is successfully delivered and collected.
Failed, delayed or duplicate payments
If a payment appears delayed, do not create repeated orders. Contact the sales team with the existing order number. Mismatched, duplicate and late payments are routed for manual review.
Refunds
Approved refunds follow the applicable return decision and are sent through a suitable verified channel. Processing times may depend on the provider.
