Processing
Orders are processed after stock, customer details and payment arrangements are confirmed. Orders placed outside working hours may begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Nairobi deliveries are generally faster than countrywide deliveries. Estimates are provided in good faith but may change because of destination, weather, courier operations or public holidays.
Customer availability
The customer should provide an accessible phone number and accurate location details. Re-delivery caused by incorrect information or unavailability may attract an additional fee.
Risk and inspection
Inspect the package for visible damage and confirm the order identity at handover. Report issues promptly and preserve packaging for investigation.
